1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of memberships, services, or any other transactions are not permitted once the payment has been processed.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed under normal circumstances. However, in cases where a payment has been made unintentionally, a refund may be requested by sending an email to udem2006@gmail.com. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 2 to 8 business days from the date of the refund request.
