The Uttarakhand Diploma Engineers Mahasangh (UDEM) is a unified organization representing diploma engineers across Uttarakhand. Registered with number 797/Class(2)/2006 and affiliated with the All India Diploma Engineers Mahasangh, UDEM is dedicated to promoting the professional interests, welfare, and unity of its members. Headquartered in Dehradun, the Mahasangh serves as a platform for collaboration and advocacy for diploma engineers in the state.

Our Mission and Objectives

UDEM is committed to fostering professional excellence, ethical standards, and public welfare. Our key objectives include:

Organizational Structure

The Mahasangh operates through a structured hierarchy, including provincial, divisional, district, and branch levels. Governed by a Provincial Executive Committee elected every two years, UDEM ensures democratic participation through general assemblies. The organization upholds a code of conduct to maintain ethical behavior among members.

Family Welfare Scheme

UDEM runs the "Family Welfare Scheme" to provide financial assistance to families or legal dependents of members who pass away during service or face permanent incapacity. Funded by member contributions, this scheme underscores our commitment to member welfare.
